Notice of the making of this Statutory Instrument was published in

I, FRANCES FITZGERALD, Minister for Justice and Equality, in exercise of the powers conferred on me by section 7 of the Legal Services Regulation Act 2015 (No. 65 of 2015), hereby order as follows:

1. This Order may be cited as the Legal Services Regulation Act 2015 (Establishment Day) Order 2016.

2. The 1st day of October 2016 is appointed to be the establishment day for the purposes of the Legal Services Regulation Act 2015 (No. 65 of 2015).
