Notice of the making of this Statutory Instrument was published in

“Iris Oifigiúil” of 11th November, 2016.

I, RICHARD BRUTON TD, Minister for Education and Skills, in exercise of the powers conferred on me by section 34 (4) of the Teaching Council (Amendment) Act 2015 (No. 31 of 2015), hereby order as follows:

1. This Order may be cited as the Teaching Council (Amendment) Act 2015 (Commencement) (No. 4) Order 2016.

2. The 2nd November 2016 is appointed as the day on which the Teaching Council (Amendment) Act 2015 (No. 31 of 2015) shall, insofar as it is not already in operation, come into operation.
