S.I. No. 674/2016 - Finance Act 2016 (Section 25 (1)) (Commencement) Order 2016.

Notice of the making of this Statutory Instrument was published in

“Iris Oifigiúil” of 10th January, 2017.

I, MICHAEL NOONAN, Minister for Finance, in exercise of the powers conferred on me by section 25 (2) of the Finance Act 2016 (No. 674 of 2016), hereby order as follows:

1. This Order may be cited as the Finance Act 2016 (Section 25(1)) (Commencement) Order 2016.

2. The 1st day of January 2017 is appointed as the day on which section 25 (1) of the Finance Act 2016 (No. 674 of 2016) shall come into operation.
