Amendment of section 43 of Principal Act

22. Section 43(1) of the Principal Act is amended by—
|
|
| |
(a) the insertion of the following paragraph after paragraph (d):
|
|
| |
“(da) any other relevant non-guardian of the child;”,
|
|
| |
and
|
|
| |
(b) the substitution of the following paragraph for paragraph (e):
|
|
| |
“(e) any guardian of the child;”.
