Amendment of section 59 of Principal Act

27. Section 59 of the Principal Act is amended—

(a) in subsection (1), by the substitution of “those parents” for “the child’s birth parents”, and

(b) in subsection (2), by the substitution of “parents referred to in subsection (1)” for “birth parents”.
