Amendment of section 144 of Principal Act

39. Section 144 of the Principal Act is amended—
|
|
| |
(a) by the designation of the section as subsection (1), and
|
|
| |
(b) by the insertion of the following subsection after subsection (1):
|
|
| |
“(2) In this section ‘guardian’ includes any guardian of a child who stands appointed under the Act of 1964.”.
