Existing obligations not affected

144. Nothing in this Part affects any obligation of—
|
|
| |
(a) the former lessee or licensee who had been responsible for a mine site,
|
|
| |
(b) the owner or occupier of the mine site, or
|
|
| |
(c) any other person in respect of the mine site.
