Repeal of certain provisions of No. 2 Act of 2009

24. (1) The following provisions of the No. 2 Act of 2009 are repealed:

(a) section 2(3); and

(b) section 5(1).

(2) Subsection (1)(a) shall come into operation on 1 October 2020.

(3) Subsection (1)(b) shall come into operation on 1 January 2021.
