Amendment of Second Schedule to Act of 1986

8. The Second Schedule to the Act of 1986 is amended by—

(a) the substitution of “IDA” for “the Authority” in each place that it occurs, and

(b) the deletion of paragraphs 1, 2, 3 (other than subparagraph (2)) and 4.
