Amendment of section 80 of Act of 1999

62. Section 80(10) of the Act of 1999 is amended by the substitution of the following paragraph for paragraph (a):
|
|
| |
“(a) that the acquiring company referred to in this section is incorporated in—
|
|
| |
(i) another Member State of the European Union,
|
|
| |
(ii) an EEA State within the meaning of section 80A, or
|
|
| |
(iii) the United Kingdom,
|
|
| |
or”.
