Amendment of section 35 of Act of 2004

10. Section 35 of the Act of 2004 is amended by the deletion, in subparagraph (i) of paragraph (b) of subsection (2), of “(or, if the failure consists of the non-payment of rent, pay the arrears of rent)”.
