Amendment of section 790B of Act of 1997

48. Section 790B(1) of the Act of 1997 is amended by the substitution of the following definition for the definition of “European State”:

“ ‘European State’ means—

(a) a Member State of the European Union, other than the State, or

(b) the United Kingdom;”.
