Amendment of section 1032 of Act of 1997

50. Section 1032 of the Act of 1997 is amended—

(a) in subsection (2)(c), by the insertion of “, or of the United Kingdom,” after “European Communities”, and

(b) in subsection (3), by the insertion of “or of the United Kingdom” after “European Communities”.
