S.I. No. 51/2020 - Coroners (Amendment) Act 2019 (Commencement) (No. 2) Order 2020

Notice of the making of this Statutory Instrument was published in

“Iris Oifigiúil” of 21st February, 2020.

I, CHARLES FLANAGAN, Minister for Justice and Equality, in exercise of the powers conferred on me by section 40 (3) of the Coroners (Amendment) Act 2019 (No. 29 of 2019), hereby order as follows:

1. This Order may be cited as the Coroners (Amendment) Act 2019 (Commencement) (No. 2) Order 2020.

2. The 21st day of February 2020 is appointed as the day on which the Coroners (Amendment) Act 2019 (No. 29 of 2019), in so far as it is not already in operation, shall come into operation.
