S.I. No. 134/2020 - Commercial Vehicle Roadworthiness (Vehicle Licensing) (Revocation) Regulations 2020

Notice of the making of this Statutory Instrument was published in

“Iris Oifigiúil” of 24th April, 2020.

The Minister for Transport, Tourism and Sport in exercise of the powers conferred on him by section 8 of the Road Safety Authority (Commercial Vehicle Roadworthiness) Act 2012 (No. 16 of 2012), hereby makes the following regulations:

1. These Regulations may be cited as the Commercial Vehicle Roadworthiness (Vehicle Licensing) (Revocation) Regulations 2020.

2. The Commercial Vehicle Roadworthiness (Vehicle Licensing) Regulations 2014 ( S.I. No. 397 of 2014 ) are revoked.
