S.I. No. 303/2020 - Credit Guarantee (Amendment) Act 2020 (Commencement) Order 2020

Notice of the making of this Statutory Instrument was published in

“Iris Oifigiúil” of 14th August, 2020.

I, LEO VARADKAR, Minister for Business, Enterprise and Innovation, in exercise of the powers conferred on me by section 7 (3) of the Credit Guarantee (Amendment) Act 2020 (No. 5 of 2020), hereby order as follows:

1. This Order may be cited as the Credit Guarantee (Amendment) Act 2020 (Commencement) Order 2020.

2. The 11th day of August 2020 is appointed as the day on which the Credit Guarantee (Amendment) Act 2020 (No. 5 of 2020) shall come into operation.
