S.I. No. 412/2020 - Forestry (Miscellaneous Provisions) Act 2020 (Commencement) Order 2020

Notice of the making of this Statutory Instrument was published in

“Iris Oifigiúil” of 9th October, 2020.

I, CHARLIE MCCONALOGUE, Minister for Agriculture, Food and the Marine, in exercise of the powers conferred on me by section 7 (3) of the Forestry (Miscellaneous Provisions) Act 2020 (No. 15 of 2020), hereby order as follows:

1. This Order may be cited as the Forestry (Miscellaneous Provisions) Act 2020 (Commencement) Order 2020.

2. The 6th day of October 2020 is appointed as the day on which the Forestry (Miscellaneous Provisions) Act 2020 (No. 15 of 2020) shall come into operation.
