Amendment of section 7 of Act of 2019

28. Section 7 of the Act of 2019 is amended—

(a) in subsection (1)(a), by the substitution of “2 years” for “1 year”, and

(b) in subsection (1)(b), by the substitution of “2 years” for “1 year”.
