Amendment of section 43 of Act of 2015

5. Section 43 of the Act of 2015 is amended—
|
|
| |
(a) in subsection (1), by the deletion of “the employer or”, and
|
|
| |
(b) by the insertion of the following subsection after subsection (5):
|
|
| |
“(6) An application under this section to the District Court shall be made on notice to the employer concerned.”.
