Amendment of section 15 of Firearms Act 1925 | ||

4. Section 15 of the Firearms Act 1925 is amended— | ||
(a) in subsection (2)(a), by the deletion of “or, where subsection (8) of this section applies, to that subsection”, | ||
(b) by the deletion of subsections (7) and (8), and | ||
(c) in subsection (9), by the deletion of “or (8)”. |
