S.I. No. 99/2021 - Migration of Participating Securities Act 2019 (Appointed Date) (Section 10) Order 2021

Notice of the making of this Statutory Instrument was published in

“Iris Oifigiúil” of 9th March, 2021.

Irish Stock Exchange plc, being the Listing Authority under the Migration of Participating Securities Act 2019 (No. 50 of 2019), in exercise of the powers conferred on it by section 12 (2) of the Migration of Participating Securities Act 2019 , hereby makes the following order:

Citation and commencement

1. (1) This Order may be cited as the Migration of Participating Securities Act 2019 (Appointed Date) (Section 10) Order 2021.

(2) This Order comes into operation on the 5th day of March 2021.

Definitions and interpretation

2. (1) In this Order, “Act of 2019” means the Migration of Participating Securities Act 2019 (No. 50 of 2019).

(2) A word or expression that is used in this Order and which is also used in the Act of 2019 has the same meaning in this Order as it has in the Act of 2019.

Appointed date

3. The 10th day of March 2021 at 17:00 hours is appointed as the date for the purposes of section 10(1) and 10(3) of the Act of 2019, in respect of all participating issuers.

This Order appoints the date before which the statement referred to in section 10(1) or 10(3) of the Migration of Participating Securities Act 2019 , as the case may be, must be furnished to the Registrar of Companies or, as appropriate, to the Listing Authority by a participating issuer that wishes to consent to a migration referred to in section 4(1) of that Act of the relevant participating securities in that issuer.
