S.I. No. 142/2021 - Health (Amendment) Act 2021 (Commencement) (No. 3) Order 2021

Notice of the making of this Statutory Instrument was published in

“Iris Oifigiúil” of 30th March, 2021.

I, STEPHEN DONNELLY, Minister for Health, in exercise of the powers conferred on me by section 9 (2) of the Health (Amendment) Act 2021 (No. 1 of 2021), hereby order as follows:

1. This order may be cited as the Health (Amendment) Act 2021 (Commencement) (No. 3) Order 2021.

2. The 26th day of March 2021 is appointed as the day on which the Health (Amendment) Act 2021 (No. 1 of 2021), in so far as it is not already in operation, shall come into operation.

This order appoints 26 March 2021 as the day on which all sections of the Health (Amendment) Act 2021 not already commenced in SI 113 of 2021 or SI 124 of 2021 shall come into operation.
