S.I. No. 230/2021 - Public Health (Alcohol) Act 2018 (Commencement) Order 2021

Notice of the making of this Statutory Instrument was published in

“Iris Oifigiúil” of 14th May, 2021.

I, STEPHEN DONNELLY, Minister for Health, in exercise of the powers conferred on me by subsection (2) of section 1 of the Public Health (Alcohol) Act 2018 (No. 24 of 2018), hereby order as follows:

1. This Order may be cited as the Public Health (Alcohol) Act 2018 (Commencement) Order 2021.

2. The 4th day of January 2022 is appointed as the day on which section 11 of the Public Health (Alcohol) Act 2018 (No. 24 of 2018) comes into operation.
