S.I. No. 279/2021 - Planning and Development, Heritage and Broadcasting (Amendment) Act 2021 (Part 2) (Commencement) Order 2021

Notice of the making of this Statutory Instrument was published in

“Iris Oifigiúil” of 11th June, 2021.

I, Darragh O’Brien, Minister for Housing, Local Government and Heritage, in exercise of the powers conferred on me by section 1 (5) of the Planning and Development, Heritage and Broadcasting (Amendment) Act 2021 (No.11 of 2021), hereby order as follows:

1. This Order may be cited as the Planning and Development, Heritage and Broadcasting (Amendment) Act 2021 (Part 2) (Commencement) Order 2021.

2. The 14th day of June 2021 is appointed as the day on which Part 2 of the Planning and Development, Heritage and Broadcasting (Amendment) Act 2021 (No.11 of 2021) shall come into operation.
