Notice of the making of this Statutory Instrument was published in

“Iris Oifigiúil” of 4th January, 2022.

I, LEO VARADKAR, Minister for Enterprise, Trade and Employment, in exercise of the powers conferred on me by section 4A(1)(a)(ii) of the Credit Guarantee (Amendment) Act 2020 (No. 5 of 2020), hereby order as follows:

1. This Order may be cited as the Credit Guarantee Act 2012 (Extension of Guarantee Date) Order 2021.

2. The 30th day of June 2022 is the appointed day for the purpose of section 4A(1)(a)(ii) of the Credit Guarantee Act 2012 .
