Amendment of section 1 of Criminal Law (Extraterritorial Jurisdiction) Act 2019 | ||

84. Section 1 of the Criminal Law (Extraterritorial Jurisdiction) Act 2019 is amended, in paragraph (a) of the definition of “relevant offence”, by— | ||
(a) the insertion of “3A,” after “3,”, and | ||
(b) the insertion of “4A,” after “4,”. |
