66. Every contract, agreement or arrangement made between An t dar s or any trustee or agent thereof acting on its behalf, relating to the activities as respects research and innovation carried out by the Irish Research Council and any other person, which is in force immediately before the establishment day, shall continue in force and shall be construed and have effect as if the name of the Agency were substituted therein for the name of An t dar s or, as may be appropriate, that of its trustee or agent, and shall be enforceable by or against the Agency.
