Amendment of Charities Act 1961 | ||

39. The Charities Act 1961 is amended— | ||
(a) by the deletion, in section 34(2), of “other than a purpose of the charity of which they are trustees”, and | ||
(b) by the repeal of sections 29(4), 53 and 54. |
