Amendment of section 161 of Principal Act
13. Section 161 of the Principal Act is amended—
(a) in subsection (2), in paragraph (ea), by the substitution of “court-martial prosecutor” for “prosecuting officer”, and
(b) in subsection (3), by the substitution of “court-martial prosecutor” for “prosecuting officer”.
