Amendment of section 79 of Principal Act

17. Section 79 of the Principal Act is amended—
|
|
| |
(a) in subsection (1)(b), by the substitution of “77 or 77B” for “or 77”, and
|
|
| |
(b) in subsection (2)—
|
|
| |
(i) in paragraph (a), by the substitution of “56(1), 65 or 65A” for “56(1) or 65”, and
|
|
| |
(ii) in paragraph (b), by the insertion of “65B” after “(4),”.
