Transfer of monies by Minister to distribution system operator for purposes of No. IV Scheme | ||

3. The Minister shall, as soon as practicable after he or she has been notified by the distribution system operator in accordance with section 4 (1)(b), with the consent of the Minister for Public Expenditure, National Development Plan Delivery and Reform, transfer to the distribution system operator, from the monies allocated under section 2 , the amount to be used by the distribution system operator for the sole purpose of the No. IV Scheme, in accordance with section 4 . |
