Domiciliary care allowance – new rate
18. (1) Part 5 of Schedule 4 (amended by section 20 of the Act of 2023) to the Principal Act is amended by the substitution of “€360.00” for “€340.00”.
(2) This section comes into operation on 1 January 2025.
