Amendment of section 558ZN of Principal Act
44. Section 558ZN of the Principal Act is amended—
(a) by the substitution of “Authority” for “Director” in each place where it occurs, and
(b) in subsection (2), by the substitution of “where it considers it necessary” for “where he or she considers it necessary”.
