Amendment of section 723 of Principal Act

57. Section 723 of the Principal Act is amended—

(a) in subsection (3), by the substitution of “Authority forthwith” for “Authority”, and

(b) in subsection (7), by the substitution of “Authority forthwith” for “Authority”.
