I, JACK CHAMBERS, Minister of State at the Department of Transport, in exercise of the powers conferred on me by section 1 (2) of the Road Traffic Act 2024 (No. 10 of 2024), and the Transport (Delegation of Ministerial Functions) Order 2024 ( S.I. No. 225 of 2024 ), hereby order as follows: | ||
1. This Order may be cited as the Road Traffic Act 2024 (Commencement) (No. 2) Order 2024. | ||
2. The 31st day of May 2024 is appointed as the day on which Part 4 of the Road Traffic Act 2024 (No. 10 of 2024) shall come into operation. | ||
