S.I. No. 373/2024 - Research and Innovation Act 2024 (Commencement) Order 2024

Notice of the making of this Statutory Instrument was published in

“Iris Oifigi úil ”of 26 th July,2024.

I, PATRICK O ’DONOVAN, Minister for Further and Higher Education, Research, Innovation and Science, in exercise of the powers conferred on me by section 1 (2) of the Research and Innovation Act 2024 (No. 15 of 2024), hereby order as follows:

1. This Order may be cited as the Research and Innovation Act 2024 (Commencement) Order 2024.

2. The 1st day of August 2024 is appointed as the day on which the Research and Innovation Act 2024 (No. 15 of 2024) shall come into operation.
