I, HELEN MCENTEE, Minister for Justice, in exercise of the powers conferred on me by section 1 (2) of the Criminal Law (Sexual Offences and Human Trafficking) Act 2024 (No. 28 of 2024), hereby order as follows: | ||
1. This Order may be cited as the Criminal Law (Sexual Offences and Human Trafficking) Act 2024 (Commencement) Order 2024. | ||
2. The 31st day of August 2024 is appointed as the day on which the Criminal Law (Sexual Offences and Human Trafficking) Act 2024 (No. 28 of 2024), other than Part 3, shall come into operation. | ||
