Notice of the making of this Statutory Instrument was published in

“Iris Oifigiúil” of 13th August, 2024.

I, HELEN MCENTEE, Minister for Justice, in exercise of the powers conferred on me by section 1 (2) of the Courts, Civil Law, Criminal Law and Superannuation (Miscellaneous Provisions) Act 2024 (No. 30 of 2024), hereby order as follows:

1. This Order may be cited as the Courts, Civil Law, Criminal Law and Superannuation (Miscellaneous Provisions) Act 2024 (Part 4 and Section 14(d)) (Commencement) Order 2024.

2. The 12th day of August 2024 is appointed as the day on which Part 4 and section 14 (d) of the Courts, Civil Law, Criminal Law and Superannuation (Miscellaneous Provisions) Act 2024 (No. 30 of 2024) shall come into operation.
