S.I. No. 454/2024 - Future Ireland Fund and Infrastructure, Climate and Nature Fund Act 2024 (Commencement) (No. 2) Order 2024

Notice of the making of this Statutory Instrument was published in

“Iris Oifigiúil” of 13th September, 2024.

I, JACK CHAMBERS, Minister for Finance, in exercise of the powers conferred on me by section 1 (2) of the Future Ireland Fund and Infrastructure, Climate and Nature Fund Act 2024 (No. 16 of 2024) hereby order as follows:

1. This Order may be cited as the Future Ireland Fund and Infrastructure, Climate and Nature Fund Act 2024 (Commencement) (No. 2) Order 2024.

2. The 13th day of September 2024 is appointed as the day on which section 35 of the Future Ireland Fund and Infrastructure, Climate and Nature Fund Act 2024 (No. 16 of 2024) shall come into operation.
