S.I. No. 461/2024 - Health (Miscellaneous Provisions) (No. 2) Act 2024 (Commencement) Order 2024

Notice of the making of this Statutory Instrument was published in

“Iris Oifigiúil” of 17th September, 2024.

I, STEPHEN DONNELLY, Minister for Health, in exercise of the powers conferred on me by section 1 (2) of the Health (Miscellaneous Provisions) (No. 2) Act 2024 (No. 29 of 2024), hereby order as follows:

1. This Order may be cited as the Health (Miscellaneous Provisions) (No. 2) Act 2024 (Commencement) Order 2024.

2. The 23rd day of September 2024 is appointed as the day on which the Health (Miscellaneous Provisions) (No. 2) Act 2024 (No. 29 of 2024), other than section 16, shall come into operation.
