S.I. No. 482/2024 - Patient Safety (Notifiable Incidents and Open Disclosure) Act 2023 (Commencement) Order 2024

Notice of the making of this Statutory Instrument was published in

“Iris Oifigiúil” of 27th September, 2024.

I, STEPHEN DONNELLY, Minister for Health, in exercise of the powers conferred on me by section 1 (2) of the Patient Safety (Notifiable Incidents and Open Disclosure) Act 2023 (No. 10 of 2023), hereby order as follows:

1. This Order may be cited as the Patient Safety (Notifiable Incidents and Open Disclosure) Act 2023 (Commencement) Order 2024.

2. The 26th day of September 2024 is appointed as the day on which the Patient Safety (Notifiable Incidents and Open Disclosure) Act 2023 (No.10 of 2023), other than section 68, shall come into operation.
