I, EAMON RYAN, Minister for the Environment, Climate and Communications, in exercise of the powers conferred on me by section 14 (2) of the Electricity Costs (Emergency Measures) Domestic Accounts Act 2024 (No. 33 of 2024), hereby order as follows: | ||
1. This Order may be cited as the Electricity Costs (Emergency Measures) Domestic Accounts Act 2024 (Commencement) Order 2024. | ||
2. The 18th day of October 2024 is appointed as the day on which the Electricity Costs (Emergency Measures) Domestic Accounts Act 2024 (No. 33 of 2024) shall come into operation. | ||
