Notice of the making of this Statutory Instrument was published in

I, HELEN MCENTEE, Minister for Justice, in exercise of the powers conferred on me by section 7 of the Judicial Appointments Commission Act 2023 (No. 33 of 2023), hereby order as follows:

1. This Order may be cited as the Judicial Appointments Commission Act 2023 (Establishment Day) Order 2024.

2. The 1st day of January 2025 is appointed as the establishment day for the purposes of the Judicial Appointments Commission Act 2023 (No. 33 of 2023).
