S.I. No. 600/2024 - Maternity Protection, Employment Equality and Preservation of Certain Records Act 2024 (Part 3) (Commencement) Order 2024

Notice of the making of this Statutory Instrument was published in

“Iris Oifigiúil” of 5th November, 2024.

I, RODERIC O’GORMAN, Minister for Children, Equality, Disability, Integration and Youth, in exercise of the powers conferred on me by section 1 (2) of the Maternity Protection, Employment Equality and Preservation of Certain Records Act 2024 (No. 37 of 2024), hereby order as follows:

1. This Order may be cited as the Maternity Protection, Employment Equality and Preservation of Certain Records Act 2024 (Part 3) (Commencement) Order 2024.

2. The 5th day of November 2024 is appointed as the day on which Part 3 of the Maternity Protection, Employment Equality and Preservation of Certain Records Act 2024 (No. 37 of 2024) shall come into operation.
