I, EAMON RYAN, Minister for Transport, in exercise of the powers conferred on me by section 1 (2) of the Road Traffic Act 2024 (No. 10 of 2024), hereby order as follows: | ||
1. This Order may be cited as the Road Traffic Act 2024 (Commencement) (No. 4) Order 2024. | ||
2. The 31st day of March 2025 is appointed as the day on which paragraph (f) of section 21 of the Road Traffic Act 2024 (No. 10 of 2024) shall come into operation. | ||
