I, MICHEÁL MARTIN, Minister for Defence, in exercise of the powers conferred on me by section 320 of the Defence Act 1954 (No. 18 of 1954), hereby order as follows: | ||
1. This Order may be cited as the Defence Act 1954 (Part XIII) (Establishment Day) Order 2024. | ||
2. The 1st day of December 2024 is appointed to be the establishment day for the purposes of Part XIII of the Defence Act 1954 (No. 18 of 1954). | ||
