S.I. No. 625/2024 - Institutional Burials Act 2022 (Extension of period of operation of Office of Director of Authorised Intervention, Tuam) Order 2024

Notice of the making of this Statutory Instrument was published in

“Iris Oifigiúil” of 12th November, 2024.

I, RODERIC O’GORMAN, Minister for Children, Equality, Disability, Integration and Youth, in exercise of the powers conferred on me by section 9 (2) of the Institutional Burials Act 2022 (No. 18 of 2022), hereby order as follows:

1. This Order may be cited as the Institutional Burials Act 2022 (Extension of period of operation of Office of Director of Authorised Intervention, Tuam) Order 2024.

2. The Office of the Director of Authorised Intervention established under the Institutional Burials Act 2022 (Establishment of Office of Director of Authorised Intervention, Tuam) Order 2023 ( S.I. No. 87 of 2023 ) shall continue in operation until the 30th day of June 2027.
