Notice of the making of this Statutory Instrument was published in

“Iris Oifigiúil” of 12th November, 2024.

I, DARRAGH O’BRIEN, Minister for Housing, Local Government and Heritage, in exercise of the powers conferred on me by section 1 (2) of the Housing (Miscellaneous Provisions) Act 2024 (No. 39 of 2024) hereby order as follows:

1. This Order may be cited as the Housing (Miscellaneous Provisions) Act 2024 (Commencement) Order 2024.

2. The 18th day of November 2024 is appointed as the day on which the Housing (Miscellaneous Provisions) Act 2024 (No. 39 of 2024) shall come into operation.
