S.I. No. 629/2024 - National Surplus (Exceptional Contingencies) Reserve Fund (Dissolution) Order 2024

Notice of the making of this Statutory Instrument was published in

“Iris Oifigiúil” of 15th November, 2024.

I, JACK CHAMBERS, Minister for Finance, in exercise of the powers conferred on me by subsection (3) of section 35 of the Future Ireland Fund and Infrastructure, Climate and Nature Fund Act 2024 (No. 16 of 2024) and having complied with subsections (1) and (2) of section 35 of that Act, hereby make the following order:

1. This Order may be cited as the National Surplus (Exceptional Contingencies) Reserve Fund (Dissolution) Order 2024.

2. The National Surplus (Exceptional Contingencies) Reserve Fund is dissolved with effect from 8 November 2024.
