S.I. No. 652/2024 - Road Traffic Act 2016 (Section 4) (Manner of Notification) Regulations 2024

I, JAMES LAWLESS, Minister of State at the Department of Transport, in exercise of the powers conferred on me by section 4 (4) of the Road Traffic Act 2016 (No. 21 of 2016) and the Transport (Delegation of Ministerial Functions) (No. 2) Order 2024 ( S.I. No. 354 of 2024 ), hereby make the following regulations:

1. These Regulations may be cited as the Road Traffic Act 2016 (Section 4) (Manner of Notification) Regulations 2024.

2. A notification under section 4 (2) of the Road Traffic Act 2016 (No. 21 of 2016) shall be made electronically by means of an online system provided by or on behalf of the Minister for Transport for the purpose of making such notifications.
